Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and betmly66 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the betmly66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the betmly66 platform. Continued use of this platform following any amendment to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

These terms are to be read together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy of betmly66, which also form part of this agreement.

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Age Limit

betmly66 services are restricted to individuals aged 21 and above only. This is an absolute requirement and cannot be compromised under any circumstances. betmly66 reserves the right to request proof of age from any member at any time, and the account of any individual found not to meet this minimum age requirement will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at betmly66. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all related accounts and the forfeiture of the funds within them.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

During registration, members are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. The information requested includes full name (as shown on the identity card), identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and an active email address. Providing false information is grounds for account termination without notice.

• Full name must match official identity documents.
• One mobile phone number may only be linked to one account.
• One email address may only be used for one account.
• Members are responsible for updating their information when changes occur.

Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for the security of their account password. betmly66 recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols. Never share your password with any other party, including family members or close contacts.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Activity

All activity that occurs under your account is your own responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the betmly66 support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.3 Identity Verification

betmly66 may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal or during an investigation into suspicious activity. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad and proof of payment method. This process is an industry standard for maintaining member security.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH). Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. All withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is confirmed. Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to verification requirements.

4.3 Bonus Withdrawal Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Members must fulfil the specified wagering requirements before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value. For example: a deposit of RM100 receives a RM100 bonus — giving a balance of RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 that must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betmly66 offers a welcome bonus of 100% match up to RM1,000 for new members' first deposit. Example: deposit RM2,200 and receive the maximum bonus of RM1,000 — giving a balance of RM3,200 with a wagering requirement of RM15,000 to be met. This bonus is only available to members making their first deposit who have never received any bonus from betmly66 before.

5.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

Active members are eligible for the betmly66 VIP programme, which consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — starting from up to 0.2% for Bronze, up to 0.4% for Silver, up to 0.6% for Gold, and up to 0.8% for Platinum. Progress between tiers is determined by each member's betting activity over time.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions.
• Bonus abuse, including hedge betting, may result in bonus cancellation.
• betmly66 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.

Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All accepted bets are subject to the respective game rules set by betmly66 and the relevant game providers. betmly66 reserves the right to reject, cancel or reduce the value of any bet if there is reasonable cause to do so.

6.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of an error in bet processing due to a technical fault, system disruption or human error, betmly66 reserves the right to cancel the affected bet and return the stake to the member's account. betmly66 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our control.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the betmly66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) as the primary currency, unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency payments. Exchange rates for crypto transactions are based on the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Prohibited Conduct and Activities

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Holding more than one account on the betmly66 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Conducting any activity related to money laundering through this platform.
• Transferring funds between member accounts without betmly66's authorisation.
• Exploiting any bugs or errors in the system for unauthorised gain.

Personal Data Protection

betmly66 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of our members in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by the betmly66 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability

betmly66 provides the betting platform "as is" and makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding its suitability, reliability or accuracy for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, betmly66 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to losses from betting activity, service disruptions, or loss of account access.

Account Suspension and Termination

betmly66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if we have reason to believe that a member has breached any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or that the account is being used unlawfully.

10.2 Account Closure by Member

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the betmly66 support team via live chat or email. Before closure, all eligible balances will be returned to the member once all relevant wagering requirements have been met.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
